New Viral Trends ("we", "us", "our") operates the website newviraltrends.com and its subdomains. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or track individuals across websites. It provides aggregated, anonymized data about page views and visitor geography. We use this to understand which trends are most popular and improve our content.

If we add third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) in the future, cookies or similar technologies may be used to serve relevant ads. We will update this policy and provide appropriate consent mechanisms before doing so.

Our newsletter is opt-in. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and store it with our email service provider (Brevo). We use it solely to send you our weekly trend digest. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by contacting hello@newviraltrends.com. We record your subscription date and IP address (as proof of consent under GDPR) and delete your data upon unsubscribe.

Data We Don't Collect

We do not use tracking cookies
We collect your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter. Separately, our publisher may authorize their own Pinterest account for the internal publishing integration described below. That integration handles the connected account's authorization and board/Pin information; ordinary website visitors do not connect Pinterest accounts through this site.
We do not share data with advertising networks for targeted advertising (yet)

Publisher's Pinterest integration

Our publisher may connect their own Pinterest account using Pinterest's OAuth consent screen. The integration uses the account's authorized board and Pin information, including identifiers, titles, descriptions, destination links and media references, to publish reviewed New Viral Trends guides and verify delivery.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored privately on the publisher's controlled system and are not included in public pages, screenshots or application evidence. We do not ask for Pinterest passwords or session cookies. We do not sell Pinterest account data. This is currently an internal publisher-operated integration, not a public account-connection service.

Publication receipts and identifiers are retained for duplicate prevention and operational history while the integration operates. The operator can disconnect the app in Pinterest and request removal of locally retained authorization/account records by contacting hello@newviraltrends.com. Record removal is a manual administrative action, not an automated deletion endpoint. Disconnecting in Pinterest does not itself erase local records. Removal of local records does not remove Pins already held by Pinterest; manage those in Pinterest.

Our site uses the following third-party services:

Brevo — Newsletter email delivery (only if you subscribe)

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
